Hi there, I’m Jess, the founder and Director here at JTTL.
We've been successfully trading since 2014 and here's where our journey began..............
After years of research and the huge desire to work with animals, I decided to take the plunge with the help of the Princes Trust and Started my own small pet care business. This was a huge commitment, but I knew I had the drive and the passion to work hard and make it happen! I began to train in different areas of pet care, studying and completing Dog grooming, Dog Training and First aid accreditations. On-going training courses have kept us up to date with all paws forward, ensuring the best care and training can be delivered.
From 6 months onwards, I hired and trained our pet care and dog grooming staff to create a strong team and together, we have grown the business to where we are today. We always thrive to make our business better and stronger, offering relevant and exciting new services to our customers and their pets.
I can’t wait to see what the future brings to the pet care industry and I’m excited to be part of Cardiff’s pet community. I love what we do, and hope that you and your pet will do too.
James - dog walker/Day care supervisor
Hi everyone, I'm James. I’ve been working at JTTL since 2019, walking and exploring with a great bunch of dogs. Every day is an adventure, Cardiff has so much to offer right on our doorstep. I love seeing my buddies, happy, bouncing around and catching up with their fury friends. So if it’s adventure that your dog is after, come and join in on the fun, you’ll get a great big slobbery welcome!
Robyn - Dog walker/Pet care assistant
Hi there, I'm Robyn, the newest member at JTTL. I really enjoy meeting new dogs and getting to know their personalities. They make me smile every day, knowing they have such a good time out walking with their paw pals. From dog walking to cat feeding to goat visits, I love being part of such a great team with amazing customers!
Angel - Dog Grooming Stylist
Hi there, I'm Angel, the newest dog grooming stylist at JTTL. I am fully qualified and have over 5 years of experience within grooming salons. I have great attention to detail and listen to the customers requests and will always give my professional opinion to keep your dog happy. I look forward to meeting you all soon !
Katelyn - Dog Grooming Stylist
Hi, I'm Katelyn. I have over 1 year of salon experience with JTTL, following my level 2 dog grooming accreditation. I am now working towards my level 3 to obtain further skills and knowledge within the industry. My aim is to train in as many areas as possible, offering new and exciting services within the salon. I have been so happy since starting at JTTL, seeing my career progress and making amazing dog friends along the way.
